This DMCA Policy outlines the procedure for submitting claims of copyright infringement and the steps we may take upon receiving a valid notification.

Content Ownership:

All content published on this website—including text, graphics, design elements, branding, media files, and other material—is either the property of megoring or used under appropriate licenses. Unauthorized use of any content on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Notification of Claimed Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice):

If you believe that material available on or through this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

Response and Removal Procedure:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of the notice.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user or client responsible for the content, if applicable.
Provide an opportunity for the alleged infringer to submit a counter-notification, if they believe the takedown was in error.

Counter-Notification Procedure:

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA complaint, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. To be valid, it must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court in which Megoring is located.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

We will review your counter-notification and, if valid, may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order to keep the content down.

Repeat Infringer Policy:

Megoring may, at its sole discretion, terminate accounts or client access of individuals or entities who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentation:

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes false claims of copyright infringement or counter-claims may be subject to legal liability, including damages and attorney fees.
